Translation and some other problems

    Hi, I have some problems with this plugin:

    TRANSLATION
    – I’m not able to translate some strings. Italian translation file is 100% and I can’t find any option in the settings page. In particular:
    – GPDR compliance (I read the topic that says it will be available soon)
    – The message when a chat is ended with the option to delete or download the chat
    – The restart chat button
    – The “[operator name] has joined” or “[operator name] has ended the chat”
    – The “End chat” button
    – The “Type here” text in the textarea

    PROBLEMS
    – The scroll bar is outside the chatbox, see the image
    – The textarea doesn’t show all the text when it has more than one line but only the last line
    – When you start a chat from the front end there’s a message that invites you to write your request while an operator joins but if the operator isn’t in the live chat page while the guest writes its message you will not be able to retrieve what the customer wrote. Is it a normal behavior?
    – When you end a chat appears a popup where you can choose to download the chat or delete it but whatever button I click the popup doesn’t disappear

    The site is public so I can’t activate the plugin unless I put the site on maintenance mode. I’ll be glad to give an account to see it to one of the plugin developers if it’s necessary.

    Thank you so much for getting in touch, we do greatly appreciate your time.

    Translation
    We are currently working on a patch with will allow most/all of the strings you have mentioned to also be translated from within the PO file. This should be available later this week. I hope this is acceptable.

    Issues
    1. Could I ask for a link to your site? This would allow me to take a close look at the front end of the site, as I believe this is a theme conflict.
    2. This is due to the styling of the input field being limited to a fixed height. However this could be altered with some Custom CSS if required. With that said, the text area can be scrolled by default.
    3. Could I ask you to elaborate slightly as to what is occurring in this case? Are you not receiving a users message?
    4. By default the popup should allow you to select a value which will process the action. Could I ask if the action is processing currently?

    I managed to replace some words but it is missing :
    – The restart chat button
    – The invalide name or mail

    Could I ask if you are still experiencing issues with this on your side?

    Hello, I am also experiencing some issues with the translation. I am using the greek version, but only some of the strings are displayed in greek, all the rest are displayed in english.

    I have checked the language file with PoEdit and all the strings are translated.
