Translation and emaile

Hello,
I have two cases:
1. I translated all words in Polish translation. Could You update it with next update?
2. I can not see the way, how teacher/admin can see the results of users tests… When somebody will pass the course I would like to know it, I would like to know all of the informations about user, about course etc. With those information I can prepare documents/certificate for user.
Is it possible to add the email which admin will get with all of those informations after user will finish test?
