I’m trying to translate “Items” to “Itens”. (English to Portuguese)

I use Loco Translate and it’s 100% translated. But in the header it keeps showing “2 Items”. I cant even hide this word.

If you translated this string in Loco Translate >> WooCommerce – most likely this string is not translated either under your child theme or under a different plugin (in Loco Translate).

I’d recommend searching for this string in Loco Translate >> your child theme once again.

The whole section can be hidden with some CSS code:

Actually I’d like to keep the Cart Icon.
If there’s a way to keep it and hide just the number and the word, it’s ok.

I’ve searched for this string in Loco Plugin but It’s 100% tranlated. Even in my Child Theme.

That would most likely require PHP code changes. I’ll leave this thread open for a while in case anyone can supply a code example.

You might also want to reach out to the support team of your theme, Divi and ask them if they have a ready-made solution to modify this section.
