Translation 90%

    If the translation of the Theme is 90%, then the Update translation button does not add a new translation /didn’t check the plugins/. This is not very convenient.

    Hi @irinashl,

    Can you please explain step by step how to reproduce?
    I’ve tested with a Twenty Twenty-Four with languages with less and more than 90% translated, and it downloads both .po and .mo files, as expected.

    1. Added translation
    2. Clicked twice Update translation
    3. “Add Post Author Icon” – without translation

    On a brand new install, with theme “Business Card Resume” installed, after clicking once in Update Translations on the themes page, I got the translation files and got that string you specified.
