I want to translate words:”calendar” (a title on page calendar) and “View calendar” (the link) But I can’t find those words in source in ‘Loco Translate’.

  • Hi,

Please set the language of your website using Site Language option on WordPress Settings > General page. The product should be translated automatically.

You can also modify the translations using POEdit software. All translation files of the product should be located under /languages folder of its directory.

You need to download .po and .mo files of your language from this folder and modify .po with POEdit. Then please upload new .po and .mo back to the same folder, replacing their old versions.

Let me know in case you have further questions.

Thank you! Have a wonderful day!

Thank you for a quick and answer!

The language of my website is correct.
I loaded 100% translation (po. and mo. files 345 words and phrases) to the serwer. I changed the calendar title and seems to be OK now. But still missing two phrases on Event page, here:

    What should I do?

    Best regards!

    Hi,

The mentioned words are not available on the file. Here are the directions to make the needed corrections.

    1. Please, login to your FTP and download the event-calendar-wd plugin on your desktop.
    2. Navigate to Languages folder and open ecwd-pl_PL.po file by Poedit.
    3. Click on ALT+ENTER or from top menu Catalog/Properties.
    4. Open “Sources keywords” and delete _e and __ and add again ? Ok.
    5. Click “Update” ? translate ? “Save”.

Please, go back to event-calendar-wd/languages folder and remove ecwd-pl_PL.po ecwd-pl_PL.mo files.
Add the new ones from desktop.
Here is a video to help you to make the needed changes.

Thanks and have a nice day!

I have a question: why my PO file is different than yours? (My PO file has 345 phrases yours 400)
