    just extract your downloaded Caldera Form Plugin and then find this path:
    caldera-forms.1.3.5\caldera-forms\languages

    find the file:
    caldera-forms-pt_PT.po open it with Notepad++

    and edit it, as the Portuguese Languages is not far with your Brazilian Portuguese, hope this help, tq
