For the most part it looks like the odude-ecard plugin hasn’t been readied to nativily support translations (translations like via a .mo/.po file, and/or via “_e(” or “__(” function calls.), and searching the code it doesn’t seem native translation support has been added via the “load_plugin_textdomain(…” function call
Searching the code, I do see just a few calls to __(, but not throughout the whole plugin.
I think the realistic answer is that currently, for a user to translate the plugin they would have to probably do it manually and edit the actual plugin files, which wouldn’t be ideal, and would likely be kind of a one-time, hard-to-support effort.
Maybe a good next step is to request the plugin author to add more localization support to the plugin?
