I translated this plugin to Persian
but we should add this code
load_plugin_textdomain('clrdr-latest-news-ticker', '', dirname( plugin_basename( __FILE__ ) ) .'/lang');
to first line of “jquery-latest-news-ticker.php” file and create “lang” folder and then put .mo and .po file inside that
please add this code and folder and English .mo and .po files
and make it possible to translate some words like
“Latest News Tickers”
“Speed of fade animation.”
and etc
