• This plugin gave my website a fatal error to where my customers could not purchase their products! My guess is that when woocomerce or wordpress makes updates, this plugin does not. Customer service is horrible and they did not get back to me at all with my concerns. I usually don’t write reviews because i’m a patient person and it is what it is but it seems they only care about making their money for the plugins. They dont care if we have issues with them. I cancelled my subscription as i havnt heard back from them about my issue. My website is my money maker and i care about my customers. The plugin worked really good at first, but now that i had to update my website, they do not want to comply with my emails and fix the issues. 2 weeks in and i still have not heard back from them. Bad Bad customer service… UPDATE: The issue is fixed and the plugin works perfectly now! Thank you for the fix! I really do love this plugin…. For that i changed my stars to 5….

    Hi jolizzie,

    I’m sorry about this issue you are having using our plugin. We respond to all support requests in a timely manner, and will help with any and every issue someone might have. We would never dismiss or ignore an email or support request. So, I’m really not sure how you would not have received any response, but I would like to find out and help resolve this. How did you try to get in contact with us?

    Also, we definitely keep the plugin up to date. We just released a huge update to the plugin with many, many corrections, changes, updates, etc. We made a note of this in the changelog and that it was important to test if using on a live site.

    With that in mind, did you update to the new version. If so, might it be that your issue only started after you updated? If you roll back to the previous version, does it start to work correctly again?

    I understand how important the plugin is to your site, and that you cannot have it not working. If you could provide any info about the issue and when it started, I’d be happy to look into this for you and help in anyway.

    I have the same problem, blootered the paypal payment process in woocommerce into touch, and yes I was running the latest versions of everything. It’s interface to woocommerce is at best shaky and at worst fundamentally flawed. I have discontinued using it.

    Actually they fixed the problem and updated the plugin… The plugin now works perfectly… Thank you for the fix as i really love this plugin!
