I was in contact with support yesterday and they told me they need more info on this:

“I would go back and ask them to clarify exactly what they are wanting. It sounds like they want to add a cookie exclusion. I would ask them if there needs to be an NGINX rule of some kind added, or a cookie that needs to be excluded. whatever they need, they just need to provide which one they want to add, and they would just need to provide it.”
