Sorry for the delay and I′m sorry, but I am not sure how the WPML plugin works. After reading your question, I looked it up as to what I should do and all I found was this page: (https://wpml.org/documentation/support/achieving-wpml-compatibility-for-your-themes-and-plugins#6).
The RaCar Clear Cart for WC already had the text domain set for it, although it wasn′t on the main plugin file as it′s suggested on the above page. Other plugins such as Loco Translator were able to find the .pot, .po and .mo files before and are still now that I′ve changed the code′s place to match WPML suggestion.
Would you be so kind and download version 1.1.5 (to be released in March 08th or 09th) to try it again, please? If you let me know later, I can try and fix again some other way.
