    hello there , you need to have 2 file

    wp-optimize-fr_FR.po
    wp-optimize-fr_FR.mo

    the .mo file is generated by POEdit

    once you have these 2 file, place them under the /languages/ folder inside the plugin folder

    then set your wordpress language to fr_FR by editing /wp-config.php file

    define('WPLANG', 'fr_FR');

    once you have done that, log out from WP Admin and refresh your site. Log in again. Then go to WP-Optimize plugin .. you should be able to see the translations.
