Translation

Hello.
I knew this theme yesterday and I loved it so I’ve changed my theme (with WooCommerce) to give it a try.
Now, I found a little but very notorious problem: I am from Spain and some words of the cart and checkout pages are not translated to spanish.
Could I help in any way?. They are only about five or six words. It would be a pitty to change such a nice theme only for a few words.
