Translating the output of shortcodes

I have tried a few plugins to generate a shortcode that shows the blog posts list. All the posts we have are in English and translated with Translatepress in Hebrew.

Problem: Translatepress always shows the wrong language of the shortcode output. It shows it in Hebrew even on the page in English (which i have linked).

In the page i’ve linked , there is a carousel which is the output of a shortcode , generated by the Smart Post Show plugin (if you want to reproduce the bug as i did, here is the plugin https://smartpostshow.com/). Each carousel element links to the blog post in English , and indeed if you click on it , you get to the post in English.

But in the carousel , all the elements are in Hebrew.

And yes , we have the default language as English. Indeed if you go to https://gameready.co.il/blog-posts/ you will land on https://gameready.co.il/en/blog-posts/

Let me know if this is a bug or i am missing some config to do.
