Translating the CTA for product categories

    Hi,

    I am currently experiencing issues with translating the call-to-action for product categories on my e-commerce website. Whenever I attempt to translate it into English and save the changes, it remains in Spanish for both languages.

    I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.

    After reviewing your query we have found an error that is not saving Joinchat settings at the category/tag level and we have published an update with the fix. Please try updating Joinchat v 5.0.9.
