Translating the "choose file" button

Hi,
Small question i am working with this plugin in a dutch website. Currently i would like to translate the “choose file” button from the attachment options to “Upload bestand” can you help me where i can do this. Next to this i also want to translate the “No file chosen” to “geen bestand geselecteerd”
