Translating “Instructor registration page”

    Hi how to translate that page? After hitting the registration button I’m seeing:
    “Your application will be reviewed and the results will be sent to you by email.
    Thank you for registering as an instructor!
    We’ve received your application, and we will review it soon. Please hang tight!”

    I want to translate to polish but I don’t see the fields. I’m using Loco Translate but where are the fileds. Please help
