Translating Frontend to Spanish

    I need to figure out how to translate everything on the FRONTEND of my website to Spanish. This includes:

    1. The results on the Search page
    2. The “Search” button itself
    3. The page is responsive. When you open it on a phone the main navigation bar turns from multiple items into one- “Navigation”, which the user can click to see the different options. “Navigation” would need to be translated as well.

    Is there a simple way to tell my website to speak in Spanish?
