Translating filters

  • Hello,
    I would like to translate filters on my website (see link in attachment).

    I have created those filters with the filter everything plugin.
    I would like to translate the text in 4 langages in the frontend and keep one langage in the backend.

    Is there a way to add those in the string translation tab ?
