    Hi,

In Woocommerce-Settings-Emails section, Delivered Order email which is added from your plugin doesn’t have translation fields like other emails. We are using WPML and can’t find the strings of delivered email in string translation.

How can we translate the delivered email to Turkish.

Hi, in WPML > string translations:
Search for “delivered” from the domain: woo-advanced-shipment-tracking
    Thanks

Unfortunately, I can’t see the exact string in strings part in wpml string translation. We are using Kadence Email Customizer. I reset the strings to default for Delivered mail and one string below still same. The others translated

“Your order #{order_number} has neen delivered”

I deleted but it reappears, “neen”. Is there a wrongly typed string in plugin files?

    Hi,
you can customize the texts/subject “Delivered” email from our email designer, the delivered email is not available in Kadence, this status is created by our plugin. We inherit the style that you apply on Kadence but since the delivered email is after the order was delivered, we provide the option to remove the elements to not be included in this email and fully customize it.

on the delivered status settings you have the option to edit the Delivered email:

As for translation, all the texts from this email are translateable, I double-checked now with WPML

Please let me know if I can further assist you

    Thanks

Plugin needs an update. It’s written “has neen” instead of “has been” all of the language po and mo files and one of the class php files. Don’t know why but that’s why I can’t translate the sentence with WPML.

Thank you for double check and support btw.

Sure, thanks for letting us know, we will release an update soon with the typo fix for the default text
Anyway, for as I mentioned, this is the default text, you can modify this text in the main language EN and use:
Your order #{order_number} has been delivered
    Thanks
