Translates don’t pointed to custom files

  • Hi the Team,
    I used LOCO for a long time and all works fine until now.
    Recently, i realise translates doens’t pointed to my custom files .po for the buddyboss platform plugin and buddyboss theme. They point now to the Author .po and i don’t want that because the translate in french is not very good.
    However, my custom files existes and they are at the good place on the servor (and i see them in Loco plugin).
    How is it possible and may i have some help please ?

    See FAQ: Why don’t translations load from the custom folder?

    Possibly buddyboss has changed, because Loco Translate hasn’t changed for 4 weeks.

    I read your tuto but i din’t reaaly understand why it doesn’t work anymore.
    Could you take a look to the staging website to investigate ?

    I don’t offer the level of support you are asking for. This is a free plugin with free support.

    If there is a bug then post the exact steps to reproduce it and I will investigate. However this does not extend to installing custom platforms or commercial themes.
