TranslatePress suddenly stopped working on my site

  • Hello,

    I’ve used TranslatePress for my english version and It worked fine but suddenly it stopped working on my site.

    My previous translates all apear saved however and so on the front end site, when I switch languages, it works. But I am unable to make new translations, nor edit existing ones.

    When I click on Translate site I’ve received a blank page with the message:

    Cheatin’ uh?
    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Poti sa-mi spui te rog de pe ce rol (admin, editor etc) incerci sa traduci site-ul ?

    Salutare Denis.

    Am incercat cu rolul de Administrator / SuperAdmin.

    Recent am rezolvat. Se pare ca din cauza pluginului de la newsletter nu mai functiona. Nu vad legatura dar aparea o eroare legata de acesta, iar dupa dezinstalarea lui lucrurile au revenit la normal.

    Observ ca iar primesc aceeasi eroare..nu inteleg de ce isi revenise iar acum din nou nu ma lasa sa traduc.

    Folosesc WP multisite.

    Observ 2 aspecte:

    Din panoul de administrare nu ma lasa sa traduc daca dau pe Translate.
    Din partea live a site-ului, ma lasa daca dau Translate in bara de sus a wordpress-ului.

    Te rog fa un test de compatibilitate.

    Posibil sa ai niste incompatibilit??ii cu anumite plugin-uri care nu respecta filterele wordpress.
    Recomandarea mea personala ar fi sa faci asta pe un staging / subdomain unde poti verifica ce functioneaza / nu funcitoneaza fara griji.

    Mai exact dezactivezi toate plugin-urile/si suplimentele (add-ons) si activezi tema twentytwenty => incepi sa le activezi una cate una pe rand pana cand gasesti ce creaza incompabilitatea.

    Revin-o te rog cu un mesaj aici cand afli mai exact ce cauzeaza asta; voi incerca sa te ajut in privinta asta.
