• Hello. I am having issues with the translation of a website using the TranslatePress plugin (I am also using Elementor). The concrete issue I experience on this page (https://www.pixeldust.tv/blog/) is that the images display a grey box underneath it when I switch from the default language to Spanish. On this page (https://www.pixeldust.tv/about/) the issue is that the text in the first two blocks disappear altogether, and the header in the third block disappears as well. The issue used to happen with the default language. When I deactivated the TranslatePress plugin, the issues stopped. I later activated once again the plugin, and was able to do some work around in order to fix the default language site (English), but the issues seem to persist on the Spanish language page. Can someone explain what could be the issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

We deeply apologize for the delayed response.
There has been a great load on our support team in the past few days, but such a long reply time is very uncommon.

You might have a bug or conflict with your current theme / plugins.

Can you please visit TranslatePress → Settings → Advanced

Then, enable these features 1 by 1 in this order and try to see if it makes a difference. Also, please disable or clear the cache if you have any.

    1. Fix missing dynamic content
    2. Disable dynamic translation
    3. Fix spaces between HTML attributes
    4. Fix broken HTML

Let me know if this fixes your issue.

    Kind regards,
