    hello i try to remove translatepress because it not work , but now after remove i must seen that the full page not more working after use it

    now it redirect me when i go to domain.tld

    to domain.tld/de_de/

    how can i remove the /de_de/ so that its normal redirected to domain.tld

    an not more comes : Die Seite konnte nicht gefunden werden / The Site Cannot Found

    please help

    now i installed it again and the site loads without problems , but the plugins still no translate

    how do remove it save that my page work again ?

    Can you please tell us what happen in the first place? What didn’t go as it should and made you to decide not to continue with translatepress anymore ?

    Can you please elaborate what “it not work” mean ? Maybe we could help you with that instead

    As for your request we need to look into this deeper. Can you make us a screenshot of your .htaccess?

    If you still want to proceed in uninstalling the plugin let me know. but we are here to help you if you want to make a good experience with our plugin.

    Hello, Im having the same problem.

    I don’t need the plugin anymore but once I deactivate it my home page crashes.. The rest of the site works perfectly but the homepage.

    My original site’s url is jocumaguias.org but it will redirect to jocumaguias.org/pt_br even if I unistal de plugin.

    Can anyone help me with this? Please!!

    Hi, did you solve this problem? I can’t find any hints online. My home url changed to “…/es_es” and now eveb if i keep translatepress, my home redirects and that url doestn work. Please help.

    I have exactly the same.

    When you deactivate the plugin the main page can’t load because the website will still redirect to a specific language.

    https://www.page.com/en -> english.

    But I want https://www.page.com

    take a look at your .htaccess in your wp root dir.
    There is probably the redirection, change that part back to the standard wordpress way.
