• Hi there, I conducted some tests and noticed that when TranslatePress is deactivated, I can successfully add my Elementor template kits to my site. However, when TranslatePress is active, I encounter an error with my Elementor template kits. I’m unsure whether the issue lies with Elementor, but I wanted to bring up this topic and explore potential solutions.

    It’s worth mentioning that I am using the latest versions of Elementor PRO and Elementor plugin, specifically version 3.14.0. TranslatePress is also up-to-date at version 2.5.5.

    Here’s the error message I receive when attempting to add an Elementor template kit to my site while both Elementor PRO and TranslatePress are active:

    Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

    I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum. We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge

    www.remarpro.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here

    Hello, @vipulelementor I’ve already created two support tickets, but unfortunately, I haven’t received much assistance regarding the matter. Is there any way I can directly get in touch with an Elementor developer and explain my situation? Perhaps they can reach out to TranslatePress to explore potential solutions.

    Since there is no guarantee of a response or fix from a community forum member, resolving this issue could also benefit other Elementor users who might be encountering the same problem.

    Hello?@vipulelementor, do you have any updates regarding the steps that can be taken to address my problem? I posted my issue in the Elementor Community forum on Facebook and contacted both Elementor and TranslatePress support, but unfortunately, none of them were able to offer a solution.

    I started a discussion on the translatePress forum page. It would be great if you could contribute your insights on this topic in that thread. Let’s try to find a solution to the issue.
