What is displaying said error?

There might be errors in feeds, but I really can’t tell much from your post. Can you provide more data?

An action is unstable.

pattern1: Feed which is not translated appears.
pattern2: Translated Feed appears.(It is right)
pattern3: RSS Feed be saved by widgets.
When it is going to save ,”RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Too many redirects.”

Maybe..

The translation file(RSS Feed file?) has not been built yet.

But,Directly, By a browser,sometimes URL of RSS Feed not be displayed.

I am sorry, but I was not really able to fully understand the last message,

I am quite sure there are issues with feeds (although on Transposh this counts for a bit less, as I am running the latest alpha…)

I need a specific url that does not show in the browser, and than I will hopefully be able to fix it

I see this issue now, will see if I can solve it before the coming release, quite tricky to debug this.
