translated menus in wrong order

I simply installed this great plugin, translated a couple of pages in a wordpress installation but the menu-order of the translated pages differ from the order of the original pages.
The site only uses a generic menu, three pages from which two are translated. so let’s say we’ve got “Startseite” and “Kontakt” in german, the translated menu items listed “Contact” and “Home” in reverse order.
Are there any configs I missed?
