Translated confirmation emails are not sending

    Hi,

    I translated the confirmation emails to Spanish but it still send the English emails to users who used the Spanish version of the site. Which control this functionality? Is there any hook to alter this?

  • Hi @hirushacooray,

    Can you please let me know what you are using for the translation purpose? If you are using other translations except for WPML or Polylang then you will need to use either one of them to translate the emails since emails are WPML/Polylang compatible.
