Translated product categories (e.g. in English) with WPML are not visible to sort them. They just don’t appear in the Term Order plugin. Any idea how to solve that? Would that be included in the next version?

There si some code that removes term filters from WPML. It might be that the code has changed, I only have a very old version here.

Is it possible for you to send me a current zipfile of the plugin? My email is [email protected]
I will then take a look if the code needs updating.

    Hi Enikolov,
In my test setup I do see categories and also product categories show up under Term Order.

I understand you are using WooCommerce.
I also installed WooCommerce Multilingual, but it complains that it also needs WPML Translation Management and WPML String Translation in order to work.

When I remove the code in the Term Order plugin to remove sitepress filters, it works with only the main language and I don’t see product categories from other languages.

You are talking about the admin page to order product categories, right?

Thank you! I’ve sent you a new email with access to check the live version. You can edit whatever is needed there – don’t worry. If anything breaks, let me know by the email.

    Hi Enikolov,
I am not allowed admin access to support people, those are the rules of the support forum.

What you can do is (preferably on a dev site) disable all plugins and choose a default theme. Then try again. If it works, enable stuff one by one to see where it breaks.

Hi, I cannot do that as that would take days, which I don’t have. ?? Only in that them it is translated. I don’t think the plugins turnoff will be of help here. What to do?

If you disable just WooCommerce-Multilingual, does it then work?

I do see some filters in there that might be in the way.

Is it possible you can send me the 2 extra plugins, that will make WooCommerce Multilingual work?

And it is really forbidden for me to get access to your website, I will be banned here.

    Hi Emil,
Thanks for sending me the rest.
It still works fine for me on a default install with all these plugins activated.
I am sorry, but disabling plugins might be the right approach here.

Are you sure? Please check the screenshot, where the English product categories appear on the left but are missing from the dropdown to the right:

    Dear Marcel,
Thanks for the update – I did it to 3.2.0 but now the following issue happens. The dopdown shows the English main product categories. But when I select them, it directs me to the Bulgarian ones and not to the English.

    Thank you for the feedback.
It only happens when 2 terms are connected. But ofcourse that is default setup, and wasn’t in my test setup ??

There is a new release 3.2.1, which works for me.

    Dear Marcel Pol! ??
I don’t know what to say to express my happiness from your support! I went, updated to 3.2.1 and it works! I also went and edited my old 4 stars plugin review to 5 stars as you do outstanding job! Now my website finally has sorted product sub-categories and I can dig down in their hierarchy and sort them more. This is all thanks to you and I believe
this would be of help to other website owners/administrators who have translated categories (with WPML plugin or else).

You are amazing! ?? Thank you, friend!!!
I can also donate a small amount as I want to support you too!

    Best regards,
    E.N.
