The review text is not compatible with WPML. However, you can use Shortcode parameters to select reviews of a given language:
[reviews_rating language="es"]
If you have customers who leave reviews in their native language, then this option will be available to you, hopefully with a decent set of relevant reviews.
In the future, I do want to look into multiple language support for individual reviews – so you could add translations between languages. However, I do worry this would make it easier to manipulate the text to give more favourable comments. If I were to introduce this, it would probably appearing in the premium, multiple location version prior to this one, just to ensure the new functionality runs smoothly, with the original text always available to visitors.
