    Hi

Can i use this plugin with WPML, the translation plugin? I tried to translate a string with WPML but it seems to have no effect. The default english text still shows.

Beside from this problem with wpml, this is a fantastic plugin ??

The plugin supports multilingual use and has the required language files.
But since WPML is not free availiable I’am not able to test this.

    Hi

    Thank you for your answer.

I made a test with Loco Translate and i had the exact same problem. Have you tested with that plugin?

To be more specific, the texts i talking about is for example the check button, transfer now, etc.

The texts you mentioned are options and not present in the translation files.
Here is some information how to handle that with WPML: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#strings-arent-selected-for-translation

    Hi

    Thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately it didn’t worked. I tried to translate it with help of the link you sent. The problem is that i can translate the strings, but it will not change the text to the translated language. On frontend it still shows in english.

It seems like i can′t found a solution for it now. But thank you for your suggestions and help.

Maybe qTranslate-XT ist a solution for that. You are able to do translations in the options itself.
For example you can do this: [:en]English[:de]Deutsch[:]

    Hi

Sorry for late reply. qTranslate-XT worked.

I still hope you could make this plugin WPML compatible. I can’t change my entire website to qTranslate-XT, because it will take too much time.

But it seems like i can use qTranslate-QT for WP24 Domain check and WPML for the rest of the site without compatibility issues.

    Hi

I just want to update if i can help other users who use WPML.

Currently it is not possible to translate this plugin with WPML, but you can translate it with qTranslate-XT as @wp24dotorg already suggested.

To not conflict with WPML please uncheck page and post under the advanced settings for qTranslate-XT.

Now my biggest problems are solved.

For the future it would be good if you can add support for ajax. Then if i add a product to cart, i don′t have to redirecting to the cart page or reload the page.

You are using the prices & links feature? Ajax links are currently only working with WooCommerce, but I’ll try to add that also for the purchase links.

    Hi

I have tested you plugin with WooCommerce together with the plugin “Side Cart Woocommerce (Ajax)“.

On the WooCommerce section i have changed “Add to cart behaviour” to “Stay on current page (links)”.

When i click on the button “buy now” the product is added to cart, but the side cart is not updated. Can it be a problem with the site cart plugin Or some setting i have missed?

    Plugin Author WP24

    (@wp24dotorg)

There is an event that needs to be triggered, so that the cart gets update without reloading the page.
It is currently missing, I’ll fix that within the next update of the plugin.

    Thank you for the info.

I look forward to test the upcoming release.

    Hi

I know that this topic is a few months old, but i think it is better to continue the discussion here that creating a new topic.

At the moment I use another plugin for domain registration, but want to change it to WP24 Domain Check in the future.

As I mentioned above the strings can′t be translated with WPML and I can′t change to qtranslate or use both qtranslate and WPML, it creates conflicts. I have tried to follow this link, but unfortunately it did not work.

I have tested to translate your plugin with both wpml, loco translate and Polyang and none of them worked.

Have you seen that you can get a free WPML account as developer. Se this two links below.
    https://wpml.org/purchase/theme-and-plugin-developers/
    https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/

If you would have time to look into this, that would be great. I think other users would also appreciate WPML support

Thanks for your info, I’ll try to get such an account and the fix the translation problems.

    Thank you so much.

Please let me know if I can help you in any way.

With the latest update the plugin is compatible to WPML and Polylang.
You should now be able to translate all settings.
