You can add translations for the form validation messages when using WPML by using this tutorial.

For the most beginner-friendly option in that tutorial, I’d recommend using the Code Snippets plugin.

I apologize. It looks like there is a missing comma at the end of the line:

required: "??? ????? ?????."

This should be

required: "??? ????? ?????.",
