Hello there @petanovotny234,
Thanks for reaching out with your questions about MailPoet. We’re here to assist!
As for your first question, while you can’t directly send a newsletter to individual email addresses via the newsletter composer, MailPoet allows you to create a specific list for a small group of subscribers. You can create a new list and add the email addresses of the individuals to whom you want to send the newsletter. When you’re ready to send out the newsletter, simply select this list among the set of target recipients when composing your email. This way, only the subscribers in this particular list will receive the email.
Regarding the automatic newsletters, they’re not sent when subscribers are added to lists manually or through a contact form subscription. MailPoet currently supports automatic sending for Welcome emails, Post Notification emails, and email campaigns created via the automation feature, which are triggered by certain actions or events. For better guidance, please let us know what specific type of email you’d like to set up for automatic sending.
If you want an email to be sent automatically when you manually add new subscribers to a list or when someone signs up via a contact form, you might consider setting up Welcome Emails which are automatically sent to new subscribers. Here’s our guide on how to set it up: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/247-sending-welcome-emails-to-users-manually-added-to-lists
