    Sorry that you ran into issues here!

    Have you walked through all of the required steps to activate a translation file that we outlined here? https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/quick-start-guide/#translate

    If not, that’s definitely where to start.

    If you did do that and it’s not working, walk me through your settings so I can verify. The translation file is how you need to change those strings, so it’s probably just something that needs to be adjusted in your settings.

    Yes, I translated the words on the program and upload the file to my site.
    Must have done some mistake..

    Hi Fabiola,

    First, did you follow all of the steps in that article I linked above?

    To get the translation working, you need to do all of the following:
    – Translate the PO file
    – Generate the PO and MO files from your translation
    – Properly name the files with the right language & country code
    – Upload both files to one of the directories specified in the article
    – Activate the translation in the settings
    – Turn on your language per the instructions in the article for your site

    Did you do all of that?

    If you did, can I see screenshots of each step, including the directory where you uploaded the files?
