I have not put in the work to make Bug Library translatable at this time, as this is not a plugin that gets a lot of downloads or has a lot of users.

Are you looking for translation of both the visitor-facing content and the admin section, or only the visitor-facing content? Is this for a personal project or for something you are delivering to a customer? Given proper funding, I could make this plugin translatable.
