This plugin has literally the stupidest way of translating ever conceived. All i’m trying to do is change “State” and “Zip” to “County” and “Postcode”. I do not understand why this has to be so difficult.

Does anyone have a translated version please? Or could the creator get back to me on here, as you’ve ignored my emails for about 3 weeks.

    Regards,

    Dear k34nut,

I’m sorry that you have difficulties translating the plugin labels.

Our plugin uses the standard localization mechanism required by WordPress.

    We take support very seriously.
We always respond in 24 hours, usually much faster than that.

We haven’t responded because we haven’t received your inquiry.
Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll sort out this localization issue.

    Thanks, cheers:

It turned out that your emails (the one on March 6, and the one today) landed in the spam folder of our ticketing system.

I just wanted to let you know that we have your emails, and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

Kindly note that we are in Europe (CET timezone) so you may get an answer only tomorrow.

    cheers,

    Dear Josh,

We’ve received your email in our support system.

We created the .mo file for you as requested, we sent it back to you with the steps describing how we did it.

I consider this case closed, so I set this forum thread to resolved.

    cheers,

Have had no such email, nothing in my junk or spamtrap either. I have forwarded my previous email through to you.

Let me also paste my reply below:

    Hello Josh,

WP Full Stripe doesn’t have a display language per se, but WordPress does.

You can change the language on the “Settings / General” page in WP admin, the option is called “Site language”.
This language has to be the same as the language of your .mo file.

    cheers,
    Csaba

    Hi Csaba,

Nothing in emails. No blocks in place either, so not entirely sure what’s going on there. Also, site language is already set to “English (UK)” in the wp-admin. I re-saved changes on the page, but no change.

    Hello Josh,

Can you send us email from a different address (a different toplevel domain)?

E-mail exchanges are ongoing with other customers through our ticketing system, so it’s most probably an obscure dns-related issue that we cannot resolve quickly.

As for resolving your issue, could you please:
    – Send us a screenshot of the “languages/” folder of the plugin
    – Send us the URL of the payment page
    – Access to WP admin?

    Thanks, cheers:
