There are two ways you could do the translation.
The first way is to edit the plugin files. In the file canada-post-shipping-for-woocommerce-canada-post.php on line 80 you can change the language from en-CA to fr-CA. I just gave this a try and it works well.
The second way is to use the premium version where you can rename all of the shipping methods to whatever you’d like.
I understand the first option isn’t the best due to plugin updates and the second costs money but hopefully this helps. I can look at adding a language toggle to the free version but it’s not trivial due to people upgrading from from free to premium and how the premium version handles the ability to override the names.
