Hi, Please follow these steps:
1. Go to WPML > Theme and plugins localization select Translate by WPML and click Save
2. Go to WPML > String Translation. Scroll down to the Original language of strings section. Ensure English is selected, then click Save options and rescan strings
3. Scroll to the Strings in the plugins section, tick Display posts in grid layout without coding – Content Views and then tick Load translations if found in the .mo files. (it will not override existing translations) and click on Scan the selected plugins for strings
4. Now click on the blue View strings that need translation button for Display posts in grid layout without coding – Content Views
5. All the plugin text will now be visible in the list. Search for “Read More” text, then click on the translations link to translate it.
6. Click Save after translating
