That doesn’t look to be our plugins shortcode. I’m not sure which plugin that is, but you may want to double check which plugin you are using.

Our plugin’s shortcode starts with
[yikes-mailchimp

Unfortunately, we wont be able to help with the other plugin because we are not familiar with it.
