Translate strings from custom php file

    Hi,
    On my site I have one my own small plugin that contains few php files. In these files I have some strings that shows in frontend, for example:
    echo 'The result is 1000.'
    Now I want to translate these strings in other languages on my site. It is possible to make it with Polylang?
