Translate "Static slide content" with polylang?

    Hi again,

    I intalled polylang and Optimizer is working great with this plugin, there is only one part I can’t find out how to translate: the static slide content.

    It does not appear in the polylang settings. The title does, the widget titles do too, but the static slide content does not.

    Is there a possibility to “translate” it when the user change to another language?

    @lilat It should appear under polylang’s string translations area.

    Yes I thought it should appear there but unfortunately it does not.
    Is there a possibility to let it appear or change it anywhere else?

    So finally, someone told me a solution:

    You can insert
    [is_language=”en”]TEXT-IN-ENGLISH[/is_language][is_language=”de”]TEXT-IN-GERMAN[/is_language]
    in the Static Slide Content Editor. And it works!

    I also tried to register a polylang string in the function.php but it was more difficult, so I think, this is a nice solution.

    @lilat Thanks for posting here. We will make sure the polylang automatically registers the slider content in the next version of the theme.
