    Hi, I installed your plugin and it’s working correctly, but my websites is in spanish, and when the customer sends the message, it reads “Name: …” and “Message: …” and I would like to translate that no “Nombre” and, “the question I wrote”, is there a way I can do this? I tried with loco, but there’s no po file, and tried with a code that I use often but didn’t worked either.

    Thank you so much for installing the plugin! I’m really glad to hear that everything is working well for you. In the most recent version of the plugin, the placeholder texts you mentioned can be edited directly from the plugin admin panel: https://cln.sh/LP2SsZzM. That’s why you won’t find them in Loco Translate. Please check it out and confirm if everything works correctly for you.

    Hi @faysal61 ,
    Yes I saw and used that to add my own questions as placeholders, but when the user sends the message through WhatsApp it includes the questions (placeholders) and it reads Name and Message, instead of the ones I added. You can see my screenshot: https://ibb.co/7W9Tpxv

    Perfect, thank you!!!
    I also noticed that when I use this on my computer with WhatsApp installed (WhatsApp business, I don’t know if it makes a difference) it opens a tab and asks if I want to open WhatsApp as usual, but it doesn’t sends the questions. If I go and click send from the WhatsApp form again, it does. From my phone it works perfect.

    It’s strange, it only worked form me the second time I try it. I tested it on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. I’ll keep testing it, but on mobile it works perfect, thanks

    Could you try it reinstalling the software on your computer? I checked on several computer here seems working good as how I show on screencast.
