    Hi,

    Currently you can’t change the ‘Click her to start’ button – this is an oversight and we’ll get that option added to the next release.

    You also can’t currnetly change to locatino of the mini TOC and the Progress bar on the parent page.
    Again, we’ll get this added as a feature to the next release.
