Translate Ready Meaning?

    Hello guys,
    I would like to know what exactly means that this theme is “Translate Ready”.
    Does this mean that it does already come with a translate plugin? If so, how can I find it?

    I have unsuccessfully tried to install Weglot Plugin( a translator) and nor the Support Site of my Web, neither the Support from Weglot are able to help me out.

    Can anyone please help me out on this?
