Translate PPOM “Product Price – ” and “Total”

    Hello,

    I am using the PPOM plugin for a woocommerce store and am really satisfied with it. There is one little thing that I would like to change, but I am not sure if this needs to be done within PPOM or WordPress/woocommerce.
    After adding an item to the cart the price and total price is given in english, but it should be german (not talking about the currency here). I am aware that PPOM uses ppom.po language file which is compatible with WPML, but because I only want to change these two basic vars I don’t want to spend money on WPML. Beside that it should help me getting used to scripting. ??
    What I need to know is in which file the ppom-label-item “Product Price – ” is defined and if it would be enough to change it to the new label “Produktpreis – ” there. Same with ppom-label-item “Total”, which should be renamed to “Gesamtpreis”.

    You can use free version of WPML String translation.

    Hello,

    thank you for your reply, but I decided to do it on my own for now.
    For everybody who is interested in changing PPOM labels: Open hooks.php located in ‘inc’-folder and go through each of them. Rename output between ” “.
    This might last until next update, hope I’m used to string translation then. ??

    Hello again,

    now that PPOM has been updated, I wanted to use string translation, but I wasn’t asble to find a free version for WPML string translation, all require WPML to be installed.
    Currently I’m reading into this topic, but do you have some hints guiding me in the right direction?

    I have installed following WPML plugins free and these work just fine:

    WPML Multilingual CMS
    WPML String Translation
    WPML Translation Management

    These works just fine.
