Hello TranslatePress Team. The plugin is awesome and totally solves our case when runs stable.

We faced an issue when Merge and/or Translate buttons doesn’t popup anymore over elements where I seen them before. On the mentioned page none of the both buttons are visible over Legal Case heading. I understand it is dynamic string, but the plugin doesn’t allow to Merge it or Translate it by single letter despite the block is included to the DIV parent element. Previously I already translated such headings and I’m sure it should work as expected. On the staging version of this website Translate by letter is still accessible.

Is there any way to get Merge and Translate features back?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for the information provided!

I was able to reproduce the setup using Elementor and Qi Addons for Elementor – Animation by letter along with the latest version of TranslatePress. However, in my case, I was able to translate, and the merge option appeared.

My first suggestion is to select the additional language in the Translation Editor (Russian in your case), refresh the page a few times, and the merge option should appear.

If it still doesn’t work correctly in your case, the next suggestion is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):
*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Another option would be duplicating the element and conditioning it based on the selected language using our Elementor Integration: https://translatepress.com/docs/restrict-by-language/elementor-integration/

    Kind regards,

    Anca
