    Hi,

I’m using the proteo theme for my newest project. And I’m very happy working with it so far:)

But now I’m wondering why some parts of the theme are translated to Dutch already and some are not. For instance the my account header widget is showing “Hello name”. And on the thank you page, the title is “Thank you”. How can I translate these strings too?

    Thanks,

    Neal

    Hi there,
thanks for reporting, we will update all strings of the theme in a short.
In the next theme update you will find the updated language file.
When updated, you’ll need to copy it from wp-content/themes/yith-proteo/languages/yith-proteo-NL_nl.po to \wp-content\languages\themes\yith-proteo-NL_nl.po

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply! I’ve just updated the theme and copied the file to the other folder. But for some reason the theme/wordpress is still showing up in english at many places.

For instance on the my account page – account info, all terms are showing up in english.

I can see that the translation are correct with loco translate plugin.

Wordpress setting is Dutch, although it’s also mentioning english is installed. Is this causing the problem? Hopefully you can get me in the right direction to solve this issue.

    Thanks,

    Neal

    Hi,

I’ve been able to solve the issue, by moving the .po file over to a different location. Then the translated parts where showing up.

    Best regards,

    Neal
