[NSFW] Translate Manage Subscription and Unsubscribe page

Hello,

My site is available in two languages ??(French – default language – and Dutch)

I created 2 subscriber lists and 2 article notification emails (1 for each language).
Everything is OK.

However, when someone signs up in Dutch, the Manage Subscription page and Unsubscribe page are only available in the default language (French).

How to translate each of these pages in the two languages?

Another question: the character string
“Simply click on this link to stop receiving emails from us.
Yes, unsubscribe me”
on the unsubscribe page, is not visible in loco translate. How to translate it?
