Translate Main Page

    Hi,
    I use post types unlimited in combination with the total theme. I’m translating my page at the moment and have come across the following issue:
    I’ve chosen a main page for my custom post type which appears in the breadcrumbs on my site. This works fine in German. But I can’t choose the translated main page for the italian version of the website. So now the main page shown in the breadcrumbs on the Italian page is in German and also links to the German page.
    Is there a way to solve this issue?

    Hi,

    This is AJ the plugin author and developer of the Total theme. Thank you for your patience.

    It looks like this function isn’t being properly translated. I updated the code for the next version to fix the issue. Here is the updated file: https://a.cl.ly/9ZuRLbyp

    If you want you can extract and update via FTP under Total/inc/lib/ – or you can grab the code from here – https://gist.github.com/wpexplorer/e1d77c2b4cfee5607a690c4ad6389c9e – and replace the code via WP under Appearance > Theme Editor > Total > inc > lib > wpex-breadcrumbs.php

    This should fix the issue so as long as you created a translated version of the page it should display the correct one (coded to work with WPML and Polylang by default – if you are using a different translation plugin let me know).

    Let me know if you have issues still with the updated code.
