Translate Labels in Email

    Hello,

    please advise how to translate labels in the gift card email (Gift Card, Amount, Gift Card Number, Redeem) to two other languages for a multilingual site?

    I did not find these strings in Loco.

    They were also not listed in the Polylang String Translation section for WooCommerce Emails.

    Hi Olga,

    The strings are wrapped in the WordPress internationalization functions so they should appear. If necessary, you can edit the template files directly. We use the built in WooCommerce email template system. To override the email follow these steps:

    1. Log into your WordPress admin area.
    2. Click on WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> PW Gift Card Email
    3. Under the “HTML Template” section, click “Copy file to theme”
    4. Once the file is in your theme folder, open it up in a text editor and make any changes.

    Thank you for information. Seems that I have to look deeper into the WooCommerce email template translation topic to figure out my issue. Very useful advice about overriding the email template.
